The Worship Choir’s role is to minister unto the Lord with praise and worship and to support the leadership of the church. Our goal is to glorify Jesus Christ by the empowerment of the Holy Spirit.
The choir is a ministry that extends beyond the services. The individual choir member must strive to live a holy and righteous life, filled with love and faithfulness, so that the message proclaimed in the services is vibrantly reflected in the daily life of the member. We encourage, preach, and practice “Lifestyle Worship.”

Each Sunday, Worship Teams help lead the congregation in our corporate worship as we usher in the presence of God.
Worship Teams rehearse each Thursday at 6:00 pm in the Worship Center along with the Worship band, Instruments of Praise. An interview with the Worship Arts Pastor is required to be part of the vocal group. For more information, please contact the Worship Arts office at 925-560-6224.
Vocal Ensembles are select groups of vocalists that minister in our church and to the community through music. These ensembles require that you be involved in the Worship Choir as well as an audition by the group's director.

The Worship Band, Instruments of Praise, ministers at the Sunday services and occasional productions or special events. An audition may be required to perform in certain positions or for solo performances.
Band rehearsals are scheduled for each Thursday evening at 6:00 pm in the Worship Center.
The Hand Bell Choir, Sounds Appealing, is a unique music ministry of the church that performs in our special seasonal concerts and for Sunday morning worship services. Sounds Appealing is open to people who read music, and would like to be a minister through their music in this unique way.
Handbell Choir rehearsals are scheduled each Tuesday at 7:00 pm in rooms S1 and S2 in the Sanctuary building.
Auditions are required for soloists, Heart of Worship and Ever in Praise voice ensembles and for Worship Team members. There may also be an audition for certain Instruments of Praise band positions. Auditions will be held with the Worship Arts Pastor, Jorge F. Marsal, and/or the director of the group. For consideration of these positions contact the Worship Arts office at 925-560-6224.
