It is an observable fact that children do better academic work when neatly dressed than when slovenly clothed. There is also a tendency to treat one another with greater appreciation and respect. With this in mind, the school administration requests that students comply in the following manner:
The purpose of the dress code is fourfold:
- to promote neatness and modesty
- to encourage the attitude that school is a place of work rather than play
- to enhance safety during work and play
- to encourage greater respect and appreciation towards one another
