The department is divided into three sections:  Boys and Girls PE, Freshman PE/Health, and Weight Training.

Boys and Girls Physical Education classes incorporate calisthenics with various sports on a daily basis.  Team sports include softball, floor hockey, badminton, pickle ball, volleyball, basketball, La Crosse, team handball, golf, and soccer.

Freshman PE/Health is a year-long program that includes one semester of instruction in Physical Education and one semester of Health. The Bible is presented as the foundation for a healthy lifestyle.  Students examine the physical, mental, social, and spiritual dimensions of their lives through lectures, videos, and group discussions. Guest speakers highlight various topics related to the curriculum.  Activities during PE emphasize and develop individual fitness.

Weight Training classes are designed to build muscle awareness and strength, to increase flexibility, to improve sports performance, and to teach students how to workout in any public "gym" environment.  Nutrition is studied in all classes.
