WELCOME TO REGISTRATION DAY

FRIDAY - AUGUST 20, 2010

8:00AM - 2:00 PM and 5:00PM - 7:00PM

All students must be accompanied by a parent/guardian on "Registration Day".

Below you will find forms that are required on your arrival at Registration. By clicking on the download you will access all of the forms required for Registration.

LOCKERS

Returning students: Please bring your school issued lock with you and you will be assigned your locker. (If you have misplaced your lock you must purchase a school lock).

New Students: New locks will be available for purchase and locker will be assigned.

Internet Contract

Sports Emergency Card (if your student is enrolled in Sports)

Family Service Hours Form

Escrip Form

Forms must be completed, signed and submitted at the "Welcome Table" before proeceeding through Registration. After completing and submitting the forms you will be given your student packet which includes your student schedule.

Fees Due at Registration (Payable by Cash or Check only)

Locks: $7.00

PE Clothes $ 25.00 per set (shorts & shirt)

Junior High Student Body Validation Sticker $15.00

High school Student Body Validation Sticker $20.00

Student Parking Pass $10.00

SCHOOL PHOTOS

Student pictures will be taken and student ID cards will be made during registration. Student must be dressed according to the school dress code.

This photo link will allow you to pre-purchase many of the picture programs offered by Prestige Portraits by Lifetouch throughout the year. It will also allow you to purchase after the picture day.
