Junior/Senior High School

At Valley Christian Junior High and High School, our mission is to partner with you to establish a foundation for tomorrow's leaders.  We seek to develop well-rounded students through Christ-centered educational programs and extracurriculars in each of our five distinctives:

We aim to equip our graduates with the skills to flourish spiritually, excel academically, thrive relationally, and succeed in life's work!

We are committed to providing a quality Christian education in a caring environment where the biblical great commission of “going into all the world and preaching the gospel to every creature” is an integral part of the education of every student.

Our comprehensive curriculum is designed to provide the rigor necessary to prepare students for college or the world of work. Questions about any curricular area should be directed to the appropriate department chair. Our full range of academic courses, taught by an experienced and talented group of teachers equip students with the skills and knowledge that have resulted in students enrolling in large state universities, ivy league schools, small private schools and military academies.

Accredited by ACSI and WASC, Valley Christian Junior High and High School is poised to launch a building program that will culminate in a new state of the art High School. Resting on top of a high hill overlooking the Tri-Valley communities of Dublin, Pleasanton, and Livermore to the east and tree covered hills and canyons to the south, the school and church occupy a beautiful 49-acre site incomparable in the San Francisco area.

We believe it is as important to teach young people how to live in a continuously changing global society as it is to equip them with the skills to make a living. For parents and students who identify with this view and are interested in learning more about VCS, the staff invites you to call [925] 560-6250 for a personal interview, classroom visits, and tour of the facilities.
