John holds a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Massachusetts at Boston and a Master’s of Education from Harvard University, where he was also certified as a HS History teacher. He has held key leadership positions in both business and education over the last 20 years. Most notably, he was the Principal of a Christian High School in Boston, the Major Account Director for an international staffing firm and the Associate Dean of an Assemblies of God University. He is a published author and motivational speaker. He is competent in Spanish and fluent in Portuguese. He has 2 sons in college, Marcel, who is a sophomore at Harvard, and Lyle, who is a junior at Boston University.

Jeri Schall is the principal of Valley Christian Elementary School. She began with the 1996-97 school year after serving one year as vice principal. Jeri is a native of Wichita, Kansas, and has a B.S. degree in Elementary Education from Wichita State University. She holds administrative credentials with Association of Christian Schools International and has taught for over twenty years in public and private schools.

Jody has been in the field of Early Childhood education for over 20 years. She has her Director’s certification for Developing and Administering an Early Childhood Program from Vanguard University and has her Mentor Teacher and Early Childhood Credential from Portland State University. She is presently working on her Early Reading Specialist credential. Jody has developed early childhood curriculum and has taught preschool through Kindergarten as well as numerous summer camps. She truly has a heart for all of her little cherubs and their families.
